Maison 'Les Rosiers'

Sleeping:

• Master Bedroom (1 - 2), 1 moroccan style double bed, 2 matching bedside chests each with lamp, matching 4 high chest of drawers, wardrobe, electric wall heater, J&J ensuite bathroom.  

• Smaller Bedroom (1 - 2), 1 4ft small double sleigh bed, built-in cupboard/wardrobe,  chest of drawers, electric wall heater, 

• Large Children's Bedroom (1 - 7), 3 single beds (upper), 2 x futon beds (lower) with play space, 1 wardrobe, toy cupboard, book case, 2 electric wall heaters   

• Pink Room (1 -4), 2 x daybeds each converting to double beds with integral 3 drawers for storage, lovely glass-fronted bood burning fire. 

• Landing Area - cot suitable for child up to xxx, double seat for reading / relaxing.

 

 

Bathing:

• Upstairs Bathroom - 

• Downstairs Bathroom - 

 

 

Heating:

• Underfloor heating - in main downstairs open-plan family room. (In future a second wood burner will go here) 

• Large glass-fronted wood burner - in pink room
  [This has a heat box so when is lit, it's ventilation system pushes hot air into the main room, the landing & the children's bedroom]. NB Wood for the fire xxxx

• Electric Wall-heaters - in all four bedrooms.

 

 

Eating:

• You can either eat altogether at the large 10-seater table in the main room; or use the 6 seat table and additional seating on the balcony; or have a picnic in the edible garden behind the barn.

• There are plentiful plates, bowls, cups, glases and cutlery.
  There are also a range of pots and pans for cooking food in.

• The Cooker has a gas wok plus 4 additional gas hobs, and a large electric oven.

• Electric Kettle

• Salad-spinner, chopping board etc...
